Digital Goods

Due to the immediate and digital nature of our products (including virtual points, credits, and digital subscriptions), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital points have been credited to the user's account or the service has been accessed.

Technical Errors

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a verified technical error on our platform that prevents the delivery of the purchased digital points or service.

In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Cancellations

Users may cancel their ongoing subscriptions at any time through their account settings; however, previously paid amounts will not be prorated or refunded.
