Welcome to "Waseej". By using the Waseej application on (Meta, Pico) or any other platform, you fully agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform or purchase points.

1. Service Description

"Waseej" is an interactive entertainment platform that delivers purposeful cinematic content designed for Virtual Reality (VR) headsets. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, view, and download content (for personal, non-commercial use only) through our paid points system.

2. Payment & Points System (Billing Mechanism)

The Waseej platform operates on a transparent and fair "Points" system for content access, governed by the following rules:

Point Value

Films can only be viewed by purchasing points through authorized digital stores.

Fair Deduction Mechanism

One (1) point is deducted per one (1) minute of viewing.

Maximum Deduction Cap (Consumption Ceiling)

To protect our customers, point deduction ceases upon reaching the seventh (7th) minute of any film. Any additional minutes in the film (which range from 7 to 23 minutes or more in duration) are completely free, and no additional points will be deducted.

Point Validity & Non-Refundability

Purchased points are considered "consumed digital goods." Once a purchase is successfully completed, points are non-refundable and non-transferable to other accounts under any circumstances, in accordance with applicable digital product regulations.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All films, screenplays, designs, trademarks, and software within the "Waseej" application are the exclusive property of Waseej and are protected under local and international copyright laws.

Downloading & Viewing

The download feature available in the application is solely for "online viewing" within the application environment, and films cannot be watched offline.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Screen recording or copying content by any means
• Redistributing, selling, or broadcasting content on other platforms (such as YouTube or social media networks)
• Commercial use in cafés and public venues without authorization
• Reverse engineering the application or attempting to circumvent content protection

Any violation will subject the user to legal prosecution and immediate account termination without compensation.

4. Nature of Content (Purposeful Content)

"Waseej" is committed to delivering cinematic films of a "purposeful" nature. However, all content is provided "As Is."

We fully disclaim any liability for personal interpretations, individual reactions, or any psychological or social responses that may result from viewing the content. The content represents an artistic and creative vision, and we bear no legal responsibility for any claims related to the intellectual or cultural impact of the content on the user.

5. Health & Technical Disclaimer (VR-Specific)

Health & Safety

The use of Virtual Reality (VR) headsets may cause some individuals to experience motion sickness, eye strain, or nausea. "Waseej" is not responsible for any physical, health-related, or psychological harm resulting from the use of third-party devices (VR headsets). Users are advised to take regular breaks during viewing.

Technical

We do not guarantee that the application will be free from technical interruptions or transient errors, and we are not liable for any malfunctions resulting from user devices, internet connectivity, or hosting platform servers (Meta, Pico).

6. Third-Party Platforms

The user acknowledges that platforms (Meta, Pico) are distribution interfaces for the application only. These platforms are not responsible for application support and bear no legal obligations regarding the content provided therein.

Any dispute related to content or points should be directed to Waseej support directly.

7. Termination of Use

"Waseej" reserves the absolute right to suspend or delete any user's account, or confiscate their points, if they are found to have violated these terms, particularly regarding:

• Content piracy or copying attempts
• Reverse engineering of the application
• Abuse of the points system
• Any behavior harmful to the platform or its users

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (specifically the competent courts in Madinah / or Riyadh).

In the event of any dispute, amicable resolution shall be sought first; otherwise, the matter shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, thereby protecting the platform from any frivolous external claims.
