1. Who We Are

The Waseej service is provided by Waseej FZE ("Waseej", "we", "us"). Waseej FZE is a free zone establishment licensed in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, licence no. [to be added].

These terms govern your use of the Waseej website and app, and what you buy on the website. By using the service, you accept them, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. The Service

Waseej is an Arabic platform for 360° virtual reality films, watched in the Waseej app on Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S headsets. On the website you create your account, buy views, check your balance, and watch trailers for free.

3. Your Account

• Register with your email and a password, or with Google. Give accurate details and keep your password private.
• An account is for one person, so do not share your sign-in details; you are responsible for what happens on your account. We may limit how many headsets use it at the same time.
• You must be 18 or older to buy, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. The service is not directed at children under 13, except through an account managed by a parent or guardian.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time at info@waseej.com. Points left in a deleted account are lost and are not refunded, except as the Refund & Cancellation Policy provides.

4. Views & Points

You buy views in packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond) or on their own, one to nine at a time. Every purchase is a one-off payment: no subscriptions and no automatic renewal.

• Each view is added to your Waseej account as 7 points. One point equals one minute of viewing.
• Points are deducted as you watch, up to 7 points per film, so a shorter film costs less.
• The first 30 seconds of every film are free, and trailers are free.
• Points never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.
• Points are not money. They cannot be cashed out or moved to another account, except as the Refund & Cancellation Policy provides.

Promotions

We may give free bonus views with some purchases; when we do, the details and duration are shown on the site at the time of purchase. The offer shown when you pay is the one that applies, and bonus views are treated like bought views.

Recharge Codes

Some earlier purchases came with a recharge code. A code can be redeemed once, on your account page, by whoever holds it — so keep it safe, like cash. We cannot replace a code that has already been redeemed.

5. Prices & Payment

• Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR), you are charged in SAR, and prices shown are final, including VAT where it applies. Amounts in other currencies are approximate, for guidance only.
• You pay by card on the bank's secure payment page (Al Rajhi Bank's gateway, via Neoleap). We never see or store your card number.
• Points are added to your account right after the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• We may change prices and packages at any time. This does not affect what you have already bought.

6. The Headset Offer

We sell the Meta Quest 3S headset in limited quantities. It may come with free views, added to your account right after payment. The price and the number of free views are those shown on the site when you buy. After payment we contact you to arrange delivery, and if stock runs out after you have paid, we refund you in full. Delivery, returns and warranty are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. The App & Devices

• The Waseej app runs only on Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S. Your use of the headset and your Meta account are subject to Meta's terms.
• After you register, we email you a private link to install the app (it is also on your account page). Sign in to the app with the same email and password.
• Films can be watched only inside the app, and you may need to install app updates to keep watching.
• Health and safety: VR headsets can cause dizziness, eye strain or nausea in some people. Follow Meta's safety guidance, take breaks, and stop if you feel unwell.

8. Acceptable Use & Content Rights

The films, designs, trademarks and software in Waseej belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to watch the films inside the app for non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Share, sell or lend your account.
• Record, film or copy the films by any means, or publish or stream them anywhere.
• Show the films publicly or commercially (for example in cafés or at events) without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer the app, get around content protection, or tamper with points or payments.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account and take legal action. Points in an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

9. Availability & Changes

We keep adding films, and we may change or remove some. The service may sometimes be interrupted by faults, maintenance, or problems with the internet or Meta's platform. If we shut the service down for good, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and refund the value of any purchased points you have not used.

10. Limitation of Liability

Films are provided "as is" and reflect an artistic vision. We are not responsible for faults in your headset or internet connection, or for indirect losses. In any case, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim concerns. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without removing your rights under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, including Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it goes to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, or of your country of residence where its law gives you that right.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post them here with the new date and email you about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept them. Changes do not affect purchases made before them.
